ADHD Accessibility Guidelines
Services: research, accessibility, critical thinking

The challenge
The recent rise in adult ADHD diagnosis has led to an increase in information produced about the disorder. However, the way the content is designed could be improved to consider the needs of the user. After finding limited information on accessibility guidelines for ADHD, I decided to create my own. This report explores and discusses user-centred design and accessibility to propose a set of guidelines for the ADHD user.
The solution
-
Researched and analysed how ADHD affects attention, focus, and information processing within design
-
Conducted a critical review of existing materials and accessibility standards
-
Developed a set of practical design guidelines to make content ADHD accessible
